MD Coconut Vinegar 350g

MD Coconut Vinegar is a vinegar made by fermenting coconut sap, in a 350 g pack. It is a product of Sri Lanka, with coconut vinegar as its only listed ingredient, and it has a mild acidity.

How to use

• Use it to make quick pickles of onion, chilli or vegetables.
• Add a splash to marinades for fish, seafood or chicken.
• Mix into chutneys and salad dressings.
• Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
