MD Soy Sauce 190g

MD Soy Sauce is a dark, salty seasoning sauce from Sri Lanka in a 190 g pack. It is made by Lanka Canneries under the MD brand, and lists water, soy bean and wheat extract, salt and caramelized sugar among its ingredients.

How to use

• Toss with chilli, onion and capsicum for Sri Lankan devilled chicken, prawns or beef.
• Splash into egg fried rice, kottu or chow mein near the end of cooking.
• Mix with garlic and a little sugar as a marinade before grilling.
