Millet Powder Kodo powder 500g

Ambika Kodo Powder is flour ground from ragi (finger millet), in a 500 g pack. The same grain is called ragi in India and kodo in Nepal. Ambika lists India as the origin and ragi as the only ingredient.

How to use

• For Nepali dhido, stir the flour into boiling water and keep beating until it forms a thick, smooth mass.
• Knead with hot water and roll into roti or paratha.
• Add to dosa or idli batter, or roast with ghee and sugar for laddu.
• Seal the pack after opening and keep it cool and dry.
