Radhuni Mustard Oil 500ml

Radhuni Mustard Oil is a mustard seed oil for everyday Bengali cooking, in a 500ml pack. Radhuni is a brand of Square Food & Beverage in Bangladesh, and this oil is made from red and white mustard seeds by cold-press expelling. The larger size is for households that fry fish, cook vegetables and temper spices in mustard oil every week.

How to use

• Heat until it just smokes, then add panch phoron or dried chillies for tempering.
• Fry rui or other fish before simmering it in a jhol.
• Use it as the cooking oil for shak, bhaji and mixed vegetables.
• Keep some aside for bhorta and homemade achar.
