Padma Atta 1kg

Padma Atta is whole wheat flour (atta) in a 1kg pack, for making chapati, roti and paratha at home. It is sold under the Padma name by PADMA Co., Ltd., a food importer based in Saitama, Japan.

How to use

• Mix with water and a pinch of salt into a soft dough, then rest it before rolling.
• Roll thin and cook on a dry tawa or frying pan for chapati and roti.
• Fold with ghee or oil between layers for paratha.
• Roll small rounds and deep-fry for puri.
