Padma Black Salt 100g

Padma Black Salt is kala namak, the Indian mineral salt with a sulphurous, egg-like aroma, in a 100 g pack. Padma lists India as its origin.

How to use

• Sprinkle over fruit chaat, cut cucumber or boiled chickpeas.
• Season raita, chutneys and homemade chaat masala.
• Add a pinch to lemonade or jaljeera.
• Use a little less than ordinary salt, as the flavour is strong.
