Ambika Pickle Mix 400g

Ambika Pickle Mix is an Indian mixed pickle, or achar, in a 400 g pack. Ambika lists raw mango, lime, green chilli, carrot and ginger as the main ingredients, preserved with spices, vegetable oil, salt and acetic acid, and gives India as the country of origin.

How to use

• Serve a spoonful on the side with rice and dal, paratha or khichuri.
• It is salty and sour, so a small amount is enough to lift a plain meal.
• Use a clean, dry spoon each time you serve it.
• Keep it in a cool place away from sunlight and use it soon after opening.
