Pran Boroi Sweet Pickle

Pran Boroi Sweet Pickle is a sweet achar made from boroi, the Indian jujube, in a 350 g jar. It is made in Bangladesh by PRAN Agro Ltd. Boroi achar is a familiar sweet-and-sour side in Bengali homes, eaten with a meal or straight from the jar as a snack.

How to use

• Serve a spoonful alongside rice and dal, khichuri or paratha.
• Enjoy a few pieces on their own after a meal.
• Use a clean, dry spoon each time and close the lid well.
