How to use

• For chaler ruti, stir the flour into boiling salted water, knead it into a soft dough while warm, then roll out and cook on a dry pan.
• Use it for steamed or fried pitha, such as bhapa pitha or chitoi pitha.
• Add a spoonful to pakora or tempura batter for a crisper coating.
• Store as directed on the pack.
