Roohafza 800ml

Hamdard Rooh Afza is a concentrated sweet syrup for making sharbat, in an 800ml pack. It comes from Hamdard in Pakistan, and its listed ingredients include sugar and distillates of rose petals and screwpine (kewra) leaves.

How to use

• Mix a little into chilled water to taste; it is a common drink at iftar during Ramadan.
• Stir it into cold milk for a pink rose milk.
• Drizzle it over falooda, kulfi, ice cream or fruit salad.
• Shake well before use, and keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
