Ambika Sabudana 1kg

Ambika Sabudana is tapioca pearls, also called sago or sagu, in a 1 kg pack. Ambika lists tapioca as the only ingredient and India as the origin, and explains that the pearls are made by pressing moist tapioca starch through a sieve and drying it.

How to use

• Rinse, then soak until the pearls are soft right through before making khichdi or vada.
• Simmer in milk with sugar and cardamom for sabudana kheer or sagu payesh.
• After opening, close the pack tightly and keep it cool and dry.
