Ahmed Mutton Biryani Masala 100g

Ahmed Mutton Biryani Masala is a ready-mixed spice blend for mutton biryani, in a 100 g pack. It seasons the meat and its gravy, which are then layered with part-boiled rice and steamed until the rice is cooked through.

How to use

• Check the pack for how much masala to use per kilo of meat and rice.
• Cook mutton with onion, yoghurt and the masala until tender before layering it with the rice.
• Scatter fried onion between the layers, cover tightly and steam on low heat.
• Taste before adding salt, as many biryani mixes already contain some.
