Bhumi White Bhatmas 1kg

Bhumi White Bhatmas are dried white soybeans in a 1 kg pack; bhatmas is the Nepali word for soybean. Ambika Japan lists Nepal as the origin and describes them as pale, creamy-white beans used in Nepali dishes.

How to use

• Dry-roast in a pan until crisp, then toss with onion, chilli, garlic, lemon and mustard oil for bhatmas sadeko.
• Soak and sprout them, then add to lentil soups.
• Use them in achar, including gundruk ko achar with fermented greens.
• Keep in a cool, dry place and use soon after opening.
