Ambika Peas Green Dry Whole are dried whole green peas, known in Hindi as hara matar, in a 1 kg pack. Once soaked, they can stand in for fresh green peas in curries, soups and pulao.

How to use

• Soak overnight in plenty of water, then drain.
• Boil until tender before adding to a curry such as aloo matar, or simmer them straight in a soup.
• Stir the cooked peas through pulao or fried rice.
• Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and seal the pack well after opening.
