Ambika Mix Dal 1kg

Ambika Mix Dal is a blend of split pulses in a 1 kg pack, for cooking several dals together in one pot. Ambika lists masoor dal, chana dal, moong dal and split black urad dal as the ingredients, and India as the origin.

How to use

• Rinse well and soak for about 30 minutes, so the chana dal cooks at the same pace as the smaller lentils.
• Cook as a mixed dal fry or dal tadka and serve with rice, roti or naan.
• Soak and grind it into batter for fritters, pancakes or dosa, as Ambika suggests.
