JB Mushri Dal whole 1 kg BD

JB Mushri Dal Whole is whole masoor lentils with the skin left on, in a 1 kg pack. Mushri is the Bengali name for masoor. Because the brown outer skin stays on, these lentils hold their shape and take longer to cook than split red lentils.

How to use

• Rinse, then soak for a few hours to shorten the cooking time.
• Simmer with onion, tomato, garlic and spices for a thick whole-masoor curry.
• Cook until tender but still whole, and serve with rice or roti.
