JB Mix Dal 1kg

JB Mix Dal is a mixture of dried lentils and pulses in a 1 kg pack, for cooking a mixed dal in one pot. The pack lists the pulses in this particular blend.

How to use

• Rinse several times, and soak for about 30 minutes if the mix includes larger pulses.
• Simmer with turmeric and salt until soft, then pour over a tempering of oil or ghee with cumin, garlic and dried chilli.
• Serve with rice or roti.
• Store as directed on the pack.
