Padma White Chana 1kg

Padma White Chana is dried white chickpeas (kabuli chana) in a 1 kg pack. Padma lists Myanmar as the origin. They are larger and paler than black chana and cook to a soft, creamy texture.

How to use

• Soak overnight in plenty of water, as they swell a lot, then boil until tender.
• Cook with onion, tomato and chana masala for chole.
• Blend boiled chickpeas with tahini, lemon and garlic for hummus.
• Add to salads, soups and rice dishes.
