Ambika Chicken Curry Masala 50g

Ambika Chicken Curry Masala is a ground spice blend for chicken curry, in a small 50 g bottle. Ambika Japan gives India as the origin and lists coriander, red chilli, cumin, asafoetida, black pepper, salt, turmeric, fenugreek, mustard, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, nutmeg and mace. The blend itself contains no meat.

How to use

• Ambika's recipe: fry three chopped onions golden in oil or butter, add three chopped tomatoes, 15 g of masala and salt, then 1 kg of bone-in chicken.
• After about 10 minutes add 100 g of yogurt and 60 ml of water, cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes, then finish with lemon juice.
• Sprinkle a little over fried chicken or potato salad.
• Close the lid well after opening.
