Ambika Coriander Powder 100g

Ambika Coriander Powder is ground coriander seed, known as dhania, in a 100 g pack that suits a small kitchen or a first spice shelf. Ambika Japan gives India as the origin and coriander as the only ingredient. Because it comes from the seed, it smells citrusy, quite unlike fresh coriander leaf.

How to use

• Rub it with salt and chilli onto aubergine or potato slices before pan-frying.
