Ambika Coriander Whole 50g

Ambika Coriander Whole is whole coriander seed in a small 50 g pack. Ambika Japan lists India as the origin. The seeds have a citrusy aroma quite unlike the fresh leaves, known in Japan as pakuchi.

How to use

• Fry the seeds in oil at the start of a curry.
• Dry-roast them in a pan, then grind for freshly made coriander powder.
• Crush them for sambar, rasam and vegetable pickles.
• They also appear in Thai, Chinese and Mexican cooking.
