Ambika Cumin Whole 100g

Ambika Cumin Whole is whole cumin seed, or jeera, in a 100 g pack, a handy size for trying it or for occasional cooking. Ambika lists India as the origin. Unlike ground cumin, the seeds are usually fried in hot oil first, so their aroma goes into the fat and then the whole dish.

How to use
