Ambika Curry Powder 100g

Ambika Curry Powder is a ready-mixed ground spice blend for curries, in a 100 g pack. Ambika lists India as the origin, and coriander, turmeric, cumin, roasted chickpea, mustard, chilli, fenugreek, black pepper, garlic, salt and fennel seed as the ingredients.

How to use

• Fry onions until soft, add the powder with a splash of water, and cook until the oil separates before adding meat, fish or vegetables.
