Ambika Garam Masala 500g

Ambika Garam Masala is a ground spice mix in a large 500 g pack, which Ambika Japan lists as a business-use size. It is made in India from coriander, chilli, fennel, bay leaf, cumin, cinnamon, star anise, black pepper, black cardamom and cloves, with salt and a little vegetable oil.
