Ambika Meat Masala 100g

Ambika Meat Masala is a ground spice mix for meat curries in a 100 g pack. Ambika Japan describes it as heavy on black pepper, cinnamon and cloves, and lists it as made in India from those plus coriander, red chilli, fenugreek, black cardamom, star anise, cumin, fennel, mint, bay leaf, salt and a little vegetable oil.

How to use

• Use it for mutton or beef curry, which Ambika recommends it for most, and also for chicken curry, keema and nihari.
• The mix contains no meat itself, so it also suits soya chunks, paneer or mushrooms.
• It already has salt; taste before adding more.
