Ambika Momo Masala 100g

Ambika Momo Masala is a ground spice mix for seasoning momo fillings, in a 100 g pack. Momo are the filled dumplings of Nepal and the Himalayas, also eaten in India, Bhutan and Bangladesh. For its bottled momo masala, Ambika Japan lists India as the origin and ingredients including coriander, cumin, ginger, garlic, chilli, turmeric, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.

How to use

• Knead it into minced chicken or chopped vegetables with onion and coriander leaf, then wrap in thin dough.
• Steam the momo, or pan-fry, deep-fry or simmer them in soup.
• Serve with a tomato and chilli achar for dipping.
