Ambika Panipuri Masala 50g

Ambika Panipuri Masala is a spice mix for the tangy, spiced water (pani) poured into pani puri, in a 50 g bottle. Ambika lists India as the origin, with salt, cumin, mango, tamarind, green chilli, mint, black pepper, ginger and tartaric acid as the ingredients.

How to use

• Ambika's ratio: stir 4 tablespoons into 1 litre of chilled water, enough for about 40 puris.
• Crack the top of each fried puri, fill with boiled potato and chickpeas, then spoon in the pani and eat straight away.
• Use more or less masala to make the water milder or sharper.
• Close the cap tightly once the inner lid is open.
