Ambika Tea Masala 100g

Ambika Tea Masala is a ground spice mix for masala chai, in a 100 g pack. It is Ambika's own blend, made in India from ginger, black pepper, green cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, bay leaf, long pepper, black cardamom and clove. It contains no tea, milk or sugar.

How to use

• Sprinkle about 0.5 g, a tenth of a teaspoon, into a mug of hot milk tea, cover for a moment and let it steep.
• When simmering chai in a pan, add it together with the tea leaves; Ambika suggests CTC Assam tea.
• With no sugar or tea in it, it can also flavour coffee, hot milk or baking.
• Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry place.
