Ambika Turmeric Powder 100g

Ambika Turmeric Powder is ground turmeric, or haldi, in a small 100 g pack that fits easily on a spice shelf. Turmeric has a mild, earthy taste and is what turns curries, dal and rice yellow.

How to use

• Rub pieces of fish with turmeric and salt before frying, as in Bengali fish curry.
• Add a small amount with the onions when starting a curry or dal.
• Stir a pinch into the cooking water for yellow rice, or into scrambled eggs.
• Store as directed on the pack.
