Bashundhara Ready Mix Tehari

Bashundhara Tehari Masala is a spice mix for tehari, the Bangladeshi dish of rice cooked in one pot with meat, in a 40 g pack. Bashundhara spices come from Bashundhara Food and Beverage Industry in Bangladesh. The mix goes in with the rice and meat as they cook.

How to use

• Follow the amounts and steps printed on the pack.
• Tehari is usually made with beef or mutton and a short-grain aromatic rice such as chinigura.
• Cook the meat with onions, oil and the masala first, then add the rice and water and let it all finish together.
