Radhuni Biryani masala 40g

Radhuni Biryani Masala is a ready spice mix for mutton, beef or chicken biryani, in a 40 g pack. The maker lists chilli, garlic, cinnamon, ginger, coriander, salt, aniseed, cumin, black pepper, bay leaf, cardamom, mace, caraway, nutmeg, clove and flavouring.

How to use

• Brown chopped onion in oil and set a third aside; cook the meat in the rest with yogurt, milk, the masala and salt for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Fry the washed rice in oil, then cook it covered with milk, water and salt until the water is gone.
• Fold in the meat, top with the reserved onion, fried potato, green chillies, raisins, rose water and ghee, and leave on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
