Century Chicken Masala 50g

Century Chicken Masala is a ground spice blend for chicken curry, in a 50 g pack. Century is a spice brand from Nepal, and this blend is made there, so it suits Nepali-style home cooking as well as everyday chicken curry.

How to use

• Fry onion, garlic and ginger in oil, add the masala and chopped tomato, and cook until the oil separates before adding the chicken.
• Mix a spoonful with yoghurt and salt as a marinade for chicken to grill or fry.
