Century Chowmein Masala 50g

Century Chowmein Masala is a seasoning blend for chowmein, the stir-fried noodles eaten all over Nepal and India, in a 50 g pack. Made in Nepal, it contains coriander, chilli, turmeric, black pepper, fenugreek, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, salt, nutmeg and mace, according to Ambika Japan.

How to use

• Stir-fry boiled noodles with onion, cabbage, carrot and capsicum, plus chicken or egg, and season with the masala near the end.
• Use it for fried rice or mixed stir-fried vegetables too.
• The blend contains salt, so add extra salt carefully.
• Seal the pack after opening and keep it away from heat and damp.
