Century Momo Masala 50g

Century Momo Masala is a seasoning for the filling of momo, the dumplings of Nepal and the Himalayan region, in a 50 g pack. It is made in Nepal, with coriander, garlic, onion, ginger, cumin and black pepper among the spices listed by Ambika Japan.

How to use

• Mix it into minced chicken, mutton or chopped vegetables with onion, coriander leaves and a little oil to make the filling.
• Wrap the filling in thin flour-and-water dough and steam; momo can also be pan-fried or served in soup.
• Serve with a tomato achar or chilli sauce.
