Mehran Chicken/Mutton Curry 100g

Mehran Chicken/Mutton Curry Masala is a spice mix for cooking a chicken or mutton curry at home, in a 100 g pack. One blend covers both meats: chicken is ready quickly, while mutton simply stays on the heat longer in the same gravy.

How to use

• Brown sliced onion in oil, add the meat with ginger-garlic paste, then stir in yoghurt or tomato and the masala.
• Pour in water and simmer until the meat is tender, allowing much more time for mutton than for chicken.
• Cook uncovered at the end until the oil rises to the top, then scatter chopped coriander over it.
• Read the pack for how much meat one packet seasons, and taste before adding salt.
