Radhuni Chili Powder 200g

Radhuni Chilli Powder is ground red chilli in a 200 g pack, for colour and heat in everyday curries. Square Food & Beverage, which makes the Radhuni range in Bangladesh, says it uses chosen varieties of red chilli to give both a deep red colour and heat.

How to use

• Fry it briefly with turmeric and other ground spices after the onions, adding a little water so it does not burn.
• Rub over fish pieces with turmeric and salt before frying.
• Mix a pinch into aloo bhorta, egg bhaji or a kebab marinade.
• Add it gradually and taste as you go.
