Ambika Clove Whole 50g

Ambika Clove Whole is a 50 g pack of whole dried cloves, the flower buds known as laung or lavang. Ambika Japan gives India as the origin. Cloves flavour biryani, pulao and meat curries, and a few are enough for a whole pot.

How to use

• Fry three or four cloves in oil or ghee with cinnamon and cardamom before adding rice or meat.
• Drop two into the pan when making chai.
• Ambika Japan suggests them for dishes made with paneer, ghee or cream.
