Pran Dry Whole Chilli 50gm

Pran Dry Whole Chilli is a 50 g pack of dried red chillies from the Pran brand, left whole with stalks and seeds inside. Whole chillies release their heat slowly into hot oil or a pickle, so they are easy to control and keep well in the cupboard.

How to use

• Drop two or three into hot ghee with bay leaf and cumin before stirring in khichuri or dal.
• Add broken pieces to homemade achar and vinegar chutneys.
• Toast lightly with coriander and cumin seeds, then grind to make your own curry powder.
• Keep the pack sealed and away from damp.
