Fresh Chicken Masala 100g

Fresh Chicken Masala is a powdered spice mix for cooking chicken curry, in a 100 g pack. Fresh is a consumer brand of Meghna Group of Industries, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The mix stands in for separate powders when making a chicken jhol or bhuna.

How to use

• Follow the amount printed on the pack for each kilo of chicken.
• Brown sliced onion with ginger-garlic paste, stir in the masala with a splash of water, and cook until the oil shows at the edges.
• Add the chicken, turn it in the spices, then cover and simmer until tender. Potato pieces can go in with it.
• Check the pack before salting, as some chicken masalas already include salt.
