Mother Ginger Paste 300g

Mother's Recipe Ginger Paste is ginger crushed to a paste, in a 300 g pack. It is listed as a product of India, made mainly from ginger (79%) with iodised salt, water, an acidity regulator, a stabiliser and turmeric. Because there is no garlic in it, it also works in drinks.

How to use

• Stir half a teaspoon into simmering tea and milk for ginger chai.
• Add to fish curry, chicken soup or lentils when you want ginger without garlic.
• Mix with soy sauce, honey and oil as a quick marinade for grilled chicken.
• Store as directed on the pack.
