Radhuni Haleem Mix Masala 200g

Radhuni Haleem Mix is a ready pack of grains, pulses and spices for cooking haleem, in a 200g pack. Radhuni is a brand of Square Food & Beverage in Bangladesh. The mix holds lentil, green gram, chickpea, grass pea, black gram, pea, wheat and aromatic rice, with ground spices such as chilli, turmeric, cumin and cardamom. You add the meat and oil.

How to use

• The maker's recipe uses one pack with 300 g of beef, mutton or chicken to serve 6 to 8.
• Soak the grains in 2 cups of boiled water for 15 minutes.
• Fry onions golden in oil, add the meat and spices, then add water and boil until the meat is cooked.
• Stir in the soaked grains and cook until thick. Serve with fried onion, coriander, green chilli, ginger and lemon.
