Ambika Kitchen King 50g

Ambika Kitchen King Masala is an all-purpose ground spice blend for vegetable and paneer dishes, in a small 50 g bottle. Ambika lists India as the origin and sixteen ingredients, among them coriander, fenugreek, red chilli, turmeric, cumin, mustard, star anise, green and black cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and salt.

How to use

• Add a spoonful to softened onion and tomato, then cook in potato, cauliflower, peas or paneer.
• Stir a little into dal or chickpea curry towards the end of cooking.
• The blend contains salt, so taste before adding more.
