MDH BBQ Tandoori Masala 100g

MDH BBQ Tandoori Masala is a ground spice mix for tandoori chicken and other grilled or oven-roasted dishes, in a 100 g pack. MDH is an Indian spice brand, and Ambika Japan gives India as the origin.

How to use

• MDH's recipe coats a whole chicken of about 800 g in a garlic, onion and ginger paste and pressure-cooks it for 10 minutes first.
• Cut slits in the meat, then rub in 20 g of masala mixed with salt, a teaspoon of gram flour, lemon juice and a little water.
• Roast at 200°C or in a tandoor for 15 minutes, baste with oil, and return it until tender.
• The same rub works on chicken pieces, fish or paneer for the grill.
