Mehran Tandoori BBQ 100g

Mehran Tandoori Masala is a spice mix for tandoori-style chicken and meat, in a 100 g pack. It is made to season meat that is then grilled, baked or fried, and is usually stirred into yoghurt as a marinade.

How to use

• Mix the masala with plain yoghurt, lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste. Check the pack for how much to use per kilo.
• Score chicken legs or thighs, coat them well and leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours.
• Cook on a charcoal barbecue, under the grill or in a hot oven, turning once, until cooked through.
• Try it on skewered chicken tikka or on fish fillets.
