Ambika Nutmeg Whole 25g

Ambika Nutmeg Whole is whole nutmeg, the seed of the Myristica fragrans tree, in a 25 g pack. Ambika lists India as the origin and describes the aroma as woody and slightly bitter; grating it just before use keeps it fresh. In Hindi it is called jaiphal.

How to use

• Grate a little into biryani, korma or a homemade garam masala.
• Ambika suggests it for minced meat dishes such as hamburg steak and meatloaf, and for fish, eggs and gratin.
