Pran Coriander Powder 120g

Pran Coriander Powder is finely ground coriander seed in a 120 g pack, from the Bangladeshi food maker PRAN Agro. Ground coriander thickens a curry gravy and adds a mild, citrus-like warmth, which is why it goes into so many meat, fish and vegetable dishes.

How to use

• Add a spoonful with the turmeric and chilli once the onions have softened, with a splash of water so the spices do not scorch.
