Radhuni Bay Leaf 50g

Radhuni Bay Leaf is whole dried bay leaves, known as tejpata in Bengali, in a 50 g pack. Radhuni is a spice brand of Square Food & Beverage in Bangladesh. The leaves go in whole for their aroma and are lifted out before serving.

How to use

• Drop two or three leaves into hot oil or ghee with cardamom and cinnamon at the start of polao, biryani or korma.
• Add one or two to dal, khichuri or payesh while it simmers.
• Keep the pack closed, away from light and damp.
